It isn't retail. That's about it.

Cons

Every employee is guaranteed to get a raise below inflation every single year without exception. They will fire all your co-workers, pile all their work onto your back, and then keep the money from their salaries to fuel the next share buyback. They don't just actively lie to you at every turn. They outright despise you. How can a business be successful with workers treated this way.

- Bad at implementing new systems and upper management doesn’t listen to problems with the new system. - A lot of meetings that end up resulting in wasted time instead of getting work done
