Good Management, Stronge Team Environment, Very Helpful People - just ask for the help, Currently working from home 3 days a week and in office 2 days a week, Loads of potential to grow with the company (Career Oriented). They offer Health, Dental, Vision and the PTO (Paid Time Off) is great.

Cons

Training is good on a one to one level but no real training guide or training class, however, this is in process so improvement is expected with this.
