KFC is only over the road. Sadly not much else

Cons

Blame culture. If your face fits. Micro management. Recent redundancies has destroyed morale and the already lacking atmosphere is now non existent. Remaining staff are ALL looking elsewhere for work. Management is very much an us and them divide, many of which have let their egos take over in recent times. Lack of communication. Completely unrewarding annual reviews that are quite clearly predetermined outcomes, 'your say' will have zero impact on the outcome.

Pay, benefits, work/life balance and immediate supervisors are great.

Cons

Lack of collaboration and respect from senior leadership especially in the Supply Chain. Very difficult to institute change in the work environment.
