      Financially secure Large company Good pension If you like being Micro managed, Univar is for you.

      Cons

      Too focused on Key Performance indicators. Do not trust all employees If your "Face fits" you'll be looked after Still an 'Old boys' network Obsessive about Call rates! Sometimes treated like a child No trust in Sales team Product managers "Set margins" but most don't understand the market! Too much 'Red tape' The Accountants "Run" the business

      pay, benefits, work life balance, the general manager and customer service are all excellent

      Cons

      sometimes expectations are unrealistic and too many product managers etc. At times too many hands in pot.
