High stress, poor management

Good benefits, co-workers, teamwork at local branch, excellent pay

Cons

Constant change with processes and procedures, sometimes reverting back to what was previously done in the past. The recent change in management affected the manager and the work environment. Too much focus on statistics and bottom line, micro managed. The company has had its up & downs with senior management over the years. The message from my manager was not consistent and it was no longer a fun place to work. The company itself is OK.

Solid company, good management, competitive pay, good benefits, progressive

Cons

Some goal settings are not trickled down to employees to help incorporate into individual goals. Some employee expectations are are hard to reach due to multiple computer programs
