Pros

Employees care about their performance. Univar has alot of great customers. The safety culture is in great shape and the employees do not want to get hurt.

Cons

Managers are out of reach and cannot possibly highlight the positives. The purchasing department is in shambles and cannot get a grip on reality. The sales dept is poorly managed and could care less about communication.
