      Pros

      Company HQ was in Redmond and an easy commute for those who live on the Eastside. However, the company has just made the decision to move HQ's to Chicago. Great place to work in terms of the people.

      Cons

      Too much politics! From the executives right down the line, which made it more difficult to just do your job. No matter how removed you are or try to be from the politics of the executive offices. Secondly, they talk the talk however, never walk the talk.

      It used to be a really good company but since the Private Equity firms bought Univar, it has not been a good experience.

      Pros

      The company still values and treats the customer as royalty which is the key to the success of the company. The employees are still hard working and care immensely about the company and their coworkers.

      Cons

      The company expects more and more from their Full Time Employees without adequate compensation. They pay their contractors and consultants an enormous amount of money, while giving their FTE's the minimal in compensation increases. Their big ERP Project is costly and inefficient.
