There are still lots of people dedicated to this company Why I am not sure because if you are long term and still there you have been mistreated

There is a total disconnect in upper management. Customer service is a thing of the past most customers do not even have a sales person A once experienced chemical sales force is now staffed by salespeople coming from coffee shops and moving companies raelly support personnel is fired at will
