Company has generated weekly spreadsheet with 'target' customers where price must be increased to bolster profit. New responsibilities for employees are added weekly as peers leave company for regional competitors. Company is completely focused on profit, and neglects business relationships with customers that have been established for 20+ years. 35%+ turnover in entire company's sales staff in between June 2016 and June 2017.
