It was a very toxic environment. The only people who truly benefited at that company was upper management.

They don't always live their values

Co-workers are fantastic - people are smart and usually work well as a team.

Cons

Depends what department you're in, but some parts of the organization require you to be there in person just for facetime. Leadership doesn't always do what they say and over time they lost my trust. Leadership is always pushing for more with less, often putting company results and profits over the wellbeing of employees. At times it can feel like the old white boys club.
