* Several business units working independently of each other gives off a small business feel but all operating under the security blanket of large corporation ownership * Excellent medical benefits * Matching 401K contribution up to 4.5% * Low turnover rates * Opportunity for advancement within one or various industry business unit

Cons

* Some office/warehouse locations located in unsavory areas for cheap rent * Working with the same software programs often favors one industry to the detriment of others * Some business units given favorable treatment compared to others
