Pros

As someone said before there are really no pros besides the non-management people. Products lack innovation and employees are underpaid and overworked.

Cons

Management is terrible and it’s been a revolving door for years and years. They keep changing things every year and the results keep getting worse. Compensation is below average for the Bay Area and cost of living adjustments are meager and inconsistent. Also don’t count on your bonus. There is no vision and the CEO just seems content to change the deck chairs every year on this sinking ship.

Pros

Many great people that haven't left for better pay....yet.

Cons

Has become top-heavy with middle management new hires that don't care about the products or customers, only their own self-interest. Used to be a great place to work. Recent rounds of layoffs have many employees keeping their heads down and not trusting each other
