Pros

- Mid-sized, quickly growing company with lots of personable, music-oriented people - Forward-thinking, philanthropic, and diversity-oriented - Great benefits; flex PTO and medical leave - Great facilities at headquarters - Open forums are encouraged - Flexible roles/career path

Cons

- Lack of integrated diversity, though this is being worked on - Company org has growing pains, but actively works through them

A very bad experience from start to finish.

Pros

Decent gear and a respectable history in recording.

Cons

Sales and Marketing (S&M) management is cowardly and dishonest. Belittles people publicly and thinks it's funny. Brags about blood on his hands. Overall... The bad guys win here. Certain directors, with NO higher education keep their jobs after making abhorrent mistakes because they are sleeping with management du jour. Good people dismissed for bringing truth to the surface. Too many honest employees have been betrayed and nobody calls management on it out of fear of retribution. HR Intervention is milquetoast. Do not trust this place. CEO is clueless. Favoritism is constant. No room for growth.
