Pros

Absolutely first class analog and digital products for creating music at a professional level. Incredibly talented peers across software and hardware engineering. Company wide dedication to innovation and product quality Willing to commit to enormous, multi-year new products while holding the focus on quality and innovation over ship date

Cons

As a small company employees have to be willing to understand the vision and commit to being part of the success. This isn't a show up and just wait for someone to tell you what to do gig. It's also NOT a "work nights and weekends" gig, great work-life balance.
