Very strong core IP development and ties to high-end professional studios.

Cons

I worked there a long time ago. I was paid about 70% of market rate and worked ~55 hours weekly at a "gun to my head" stress level. Other friends have worked there and concluded that it was the "best job I've ever hated." My review is of a bygone era. The worst manager was canned a while back. CEO is the same.

Decent gear and a respectable history in recording.

Cons

Sales and Marketing (S&M) management is cowardly and dishonest. Belittles people publicly and thinks it's funny. Brags about blood on his hands. Overall... The bad guys win here. Certain directors, with NO higher education keep their jobs after making abhorrent mistakes because they are sleeping with management du jour. Good people dismissed for bringing truth to the surface. Too many honest employees have been betrayed and nobody calls management on it out of fear of retribution. HR Intervention is milquetoast. Do not trust this place. CEO is clueless. Favoritism is constant. No room for growth.
