Pros

- Even though the company is growing rapidly, middle management is not problematic like it has been other places I've worked - Cool products / everyone is passionate about music - A lot of varied project opportunities - Flexible WFH / office balance and hours - Minimal overtime expected

Cons

- With growth comes disorganization and miscommunication between teams. Cross team collaboration is difficult and requires more diligence than should be reasonably expected.

Pros

- Great work environment - People are really easy going - Tuns of opportunity to move up in company, even if you are not qualified with an education. If you can Prove to your manager you can do the work, and will take classes you can pretty much join any team as a entry level

Cons

- Not many cons, some people have a but of an ego but I would say that is normal for any tech company
