Great people, great products, Great industry

Cons

Everybody across the board seems to be drastically underpaid, though I'm willing to bet the C levels are paid more than they should be. It's definitely possible to get double the salary elsewhere for the same job at less hours.

Most people are generally nice. CEO means well and is nice. Benefits are decent. Due to COVID you are able to work from home

Cons

Bad behavior is often rewarded and overlooked Minimal training is offered especially with procedures and protocol High turnover in a few departments
