Pros

There are good team members that make it semi pleasant to be at work.

Cons

Where do I start? Low pay, zero incentive to perform well (even if you do well there isn't any recognition). No upward growth opportunity, lots of favoritism, plenty of nepotism in the company. People get roles they have zero experience for or any business being in by sucking up. Continuous conflicting information shared from leaders and managment, making it hard to tell whether or not you're doing work correctly, then get your hand slapped for it when they decide to change the process last minute. If you like beige, bland cubicles and the occasional pizza party, then this work culture is for you.

Pros

Well now they don’t have any honestly because they have taken away everything that made this place worth working for.

Cons

Low pay. Expensive benefits. Two days of training by someone who isn’t qualified to be training considering she constantly tells people to do the wrong thing. You are definitely micro managed. They play favorites constantly. Doesn’t matter how good you are or how long you have been there, when it comes to a raise unless you are friends with the managers here in Tulsa you won’t get one. They will expect you to live on a mediocre wage and have the money to drive to and from work every day even though they are moving further away. Just found out that numerous people that have been doing the job for less time than me are making 5 dollars more and no they don’t have more experience. Do not work for this company unless you want to feel like most of us do. And yeah you’re gonna have the ones that sit here and say it’s a great place to work. Those are the people making this place horrible. There is no room to move up unless you are buddies with everyone. They will constantly tell you to call clinics but the clinics don’t want to answer so then you will be blamed for that and they will just ignore the actual problem. The clients are an even bigger issue. They will not respond to emails and treat you like dirt. Then when the clinics and clients don’t respond to anything, guess who takes the blame. YOU DO. They do not care about you. There is a handful of actual people here that you can tolerate. Everyone else are snakes. It’s like high school.
