Pros

For the most part the employee base was composed of decent people who were trying to do they best they could in the existing environment. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor organizational structure, roles and responsibilities not clearly defined - therefore lack of accountability, and significant innefficiencies due to both duplicated and nonexistent task assignments.

Pros

- Most of the tools and technologies used here up-to-date and engineers are given opportunities to try out new technologies with a proof of concept. - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and work with cool technologies. - Very cool and smart coworkers. - Great salary and benefits. - Good coffee and snacks.

Cons

- Work/life balance may not be that great before the CES.

Pros

Coworkers are the only thing keeping you alive. You suffer together those long hours, sometimes 12 hour days.

Cons

As a test engineer you do testing for the EE team, software team, and mechanical teams. This can lead to a bottleneck but you cannot complain as they will elevate to upper management. You run outdated tests and project managers have full control over you for 12 hours. Good luck trying to have a normal life coz it is over son! Your soul is theirs! And pay sucks.
