Pros

I've been with Universal for 7 months now and have held a few prior executive positions having been a casualty of a lay-off due to the company being acquired. I am impressed with Universal because they're contantly looking at ways to improve, grow, upward momentum and provide excellent customer service. I'm happy to announce I was the first grand prize winner of a $500.00 customer service award and this was expecially good to be apart of because it just shows you if you work hard, provide good customer service you are rewarded. Good people, and there is exposure to other departments and areas of the company if you want it. Leadership is strong and there is always a strong intent to grow leaders internally.

Cons

I cannot park where I work because there's no space. This is frustrating for me and I'm looking forward to when this changes.

Pros

Majority of the co-workers were friendly. (to me; not to all) Overtime steadily available.

Cons

No organization, no work/life balance what so ever, "mandatory work weekends", too many "meetings" talking about what needs to be done and not enough time to actually get things done, huge lack of professionalism, everyone socializes instead of working (very distracting)-the only time you can get anything done is on the weekends-so you better plan to work every weekend, parking SUCKS...
