Pros

The company is evolving and pushing the envelope. Really enjoy the professionalism in the work space. Most people around are humble, friendly, and skilled. They don't over exert you but challenge you to bring your best. Lots of people to learn from.

Cons

Nothing negative to say, the company is growing every day as an individual you must know to adapt to changes and become part of the growth.

Pros

Company is a great place to work for. Great benefits package (100% health insurance paid by employer). Work atmosphere is friendly. Management encourages an "open door policy" and believes in promoting employees from within.

Cons

Company has experienced tremendous growth and some areas need to be prepared to handle the volume of work in a more efficient manner. Vacation package is not as competitive as those in the market.

The people I've worked with so far all seem genuinely interested in providing our clients a great service experience.

Cons

I would agree with some of our clients' reviews that communication between us and the client can be a lack-luster experience. Sometimes communications with other departments is hindered, as well.
