Pros

Work with very nice, welcoming people. Great benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term insurance and long term insurance. Company offers a great 401k program and will match your contribution at a rate which is above average. On occasion the company offers lunches and hosts parties.

Cons

Amount of personal time off and vacation time is below average.
