Great pay Good overtime Nice raises Good Vacation Time

Cons

Complete lack of management skills Treat their employees like children even to the point where you are made to read aloud from an underwriting manual like a bunch of kindergardeners Sense of Jealousy and Resentment from Co Workers and Management when you plan accrued time off Squeaky Wheel gets the most grease when it comes to projects and advancement at company

Pros

You can work there forever if you do your job. They are growing but slowly. Now in 4 states may expand to others in time.

Cons

Work is non stop and can become boring and repetative. The phone rings constantly and they only offer 2 breaks of 5 minutes each. There is over time but not as much as there use to be.
