Pros

Benefits are decent for full-time employees.

Cons

Management structure. Teams do not operate well. You're constantly worried about meetings and deadlines without adequate support from schedulers because they seem to have a revolving door of them. They operate on scare tactics rather than building up team support. There is favoritism among the legal management department.

Pros

The benefits are outstanding and the Chairman and the C Suite are all accessible and listen to suggestions. Hard work is rewarded with promotions as well as bonuses.

Cons

I cannot think of any.

Pros

The benefits were okay, but the subpar (at best) management style supersedes the positive.

Cons

Management style is terrible. I don't understand why some upper-management lawyers speak to their teams the way they do. Communication is never clear and always condescending. You're threatened with disciplinary action for not complying or issues that arise oftentimes are not in your control. Overall not the experience I was hoping to learn and grow from. I went to law school to establish a career with respect and I constantly felt talked down to and micromanaged.
