Pros

Appreciation - employees are appreciated by management and are rewarded in numerous ways; including events and holidays. Opportunity - there are avenues for growth to include licensing, increasing responsibility and career movement. The Company is growing and UPCIC is willing to train; offering a fostering learning environment for your personal growth, as well. Knowledge - If you love to learn, a position in the Enterprise Call Center is for you. I truly see my role as a navigator - to help insureds and others in their journey through complex insurance terminology; leading them through what initially can seem quite daunting - from filing a claim to making sure credits are applied to a new policy. If you love to guide others and share your knowledge this your new role.

Cons

There are few true 'cons' at UPCIC. However, you must be punctual and have exemplary attendance. If you desire a role where you can show up late or need more than ordinary flexibility, the Enterprise Call Center Navigator is not the position for you.

Pros

Benefits, that’s about it really.

Cons

Too many to name. I worked there almost 3 years and someone is always tying to step over someone for their job. Management in underwriting is by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with just nasty all around. They could care less what effort you put in during times of need when they want you out they take you out because the person you pissed off knows a manager.
