There is no parking space

Pros

Health benefits, 401k, w2, pto

Cons

No parking space. You have to waste your personal time waiting for a shuttle to take you to and from work much like taking public transportation, so you are stuck there all day without a vehicle. What if an emergency happens and you have to leave? There is also no space to eat in the break room and lot's of micromanaging, favoritism and fragile egos from management. Employees here are miserable.

Pros

-Advancement opportunities for those who work hard and deserve it -Amazing benefits, the people who run this company really show they have a huge heart and care for their employees (AND FAMILIES) through providing great (and rare) benefits at little of almost no cost. -Community involvement and opportunities to participate in giving back -Friendly and professional (polite) work environment -Valued family relationships and took into consideration situations of hardship, willing to listen and assist within reason (you don't see this often in the corporate world) -Significant amount of resourced for those willing to use them -Great equipment provided -Mentors to learn from for those willing to be open minded and willing to take the opportunities provided

Cons

-Sometimes the evaluation approach from upper management could've been more thorough to allow the opportunity for the employee to receive more constructive feedback on how to move up or excel in work responsibilities (clear expectations). -Reporting in my position was a bit repetitive (but it served a purpose for those receiving the reports)
