- You will end up being an autonomous claim handler if you perform well enough. (If you prefer that.) Getting your work done quickly will save you a lot of time. Good role if you are an experienced adjuster with rigid workflow - Good benefits and storm pay - Company provides equipment and spares expenses within reason

Cons

- You might be too busy to enjoy or exercise your benefits - "Family" culture can make it hard to feel welcome if you are hired without a reference
