Loved my fours years there. Loved the constant busy, the interaction, the customers, and working hard. Would have stayed longer but my manager is still very much stuck in her high school millennial days and if you aren't one of the popular kids, you are gone. Doesn't matter how hard you worked.
Cons
No reward or raise for being dedicated and working hard. Must be a part of the millennial high school club mentality that is ULC which includes a lot of socialization. Whatever you do, working hard hear is not appreciated or wanted.
