Pros

Small company feel. nice offices

Cons

Management is clueless! CFO and President are out of touch with what happens in the trenches. Lots of sketchy things going on with upper management and turning the other cheek with employees violating RESPA laws. Dept. heads are unorganized. Technology is lacking. Very slow loan system. Hard to move up when you have been there a long time.

Pros

Everyone is friendly. Management is understanding and helpful and shows appreciate as often as possible.

Cons

Not a ton of room for advancement simply because of size and length that people stay with the company which is also a positive.

Executive management was engaged and did a lot of fun stuff for their employees. Felt valued as an employee.

Cons

Boss did not provide any guidance or communication. Corporate headquarters could use some updating, very outdated.
