Pros

Great environment to work, good salary, excellent benefits!

Cons

Lack of training, not the best place to start your career due to the very lay back and informal working environment.

Pros

free internet, box sets and coffee

Cons

The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Overall the company is okay, just very little room for growth

Pros

good people, decent pay, great benefits.

Cons

promotions are almost never available, when someone leaves the usually just dump work on to others and you never get more than a "cost of living" raise each year.
