Pros

Brilliant staff with a can do attitude. Market leader. Fun place to work.

Cons

Lack of strategy communicated from main board. Promotion difficult as there is no staff investment in both escalation planning & training and constant restructuring. Suffering from declining revenues with a short term cost cutting/minimal resource mentality with no medium term investment in transformation. High pressure.

Pros

Free music allowance and free gig tickets on a regular basis. Met lots of famous artists. Subsidised food in the staff canteen.

Cons

The company is split into a lot of departments which actually do the same thing, it is very co petite and wins and learnings are not shared across the various departments.
