      Pros

      Casual atmosphere. Most employees are nice.

      Cons

      Lack of Management Leadership and Vision. Lots of long hours, with little to no acknowledgement from management, and no compensation. Music was a 'hot' place to ba back in the day, but the market has changed, and UMG is still trying to bring back the good old days.

      There are no pros for working for this company. Their Human Resources Department is a joke.

      No training and enforced overtime whether you want ovetime or not.

      most of the people are great. some not so bright...

      Cons

      lack of upward mobility can cause you to become jaded. accounting department will soon be outsourced to India due to SAP implimentation.
