Pros

Great salary, insurance, opportunity for overtime. Friendly co-workers and laid back music industry culture, great environment/access to technology and upscale buildings. Encourages creativity and innovation and exploring your passion for music.

Cons

The industry is suffering from declining, or plummeting, physical CD sales. Several rounds of layoffs witnessed in just two years, several restructures and management changes. Meetings re-vamped and priorities shifting. No clear vision for the company. Difficult to move up the ranks when there are too few rungs on the ladder.
