      Get to travel Events Get to meet a lot of people Good Work Benefits - free product, tickets, healthcare, life assurance Get to be apart of international campaigns and artist development Get to be Creative Fulfilment of a successful project Largest Music Company in the world It's a good and profitable time to be in the company

      Cons

      Takes work politics to another level Dependent on the team, but my experience has been that people have quite low morale and are negative The office environment is very stale, old fashioned and doesn't feel like you're working for a cutting edge company, but they're relocating to King's Cross some time in 2018. Very little training / development offered The HR department aren't very reactive Poor communication within the team Quite hard to move up the ladder
