Pros

Amazing people. Support for creative ideas. Great benefits - health, dental and perks like vinyl & gig tickets Great culture, always looking to improve

Cons

Not great pay and long hours but worth it if you love the job. Some people in senior positions have no idea what they are doing and this causes more work for the rest of us. Some labels can be rude and cliquey Not always easy to move up for promotions without people leaving Recruitment team are difficult to work with and often terribly rude
