Pros

The majority of the people that work here are nice. It can be a good place to start if you don't have a lot of experience.

Cons

The owner is impossible. Almost all of the turnover, and there has been a lot, has been a direct result of the owners behavior. He has to have his input in everything going on and his opinion is the only one that matters. I've seen him talk down to, placate, and downright tell someone that their idea was wrong. His thoughts, his ideas are the only thing that is worth anything. If you can get past this, it might be an ok place for you to work. Also, the pay rate was extremely low and the benefits were base level just so they wouldn't get fined by the government.

We agree with you that we have a lot of great people on our team. We are very willing to train so this is a great place to grow your skillset and career. Unfortunately, we do not agree with how you describe ownership. Our leadership team is very passionate about delivering for our customers and providing a great work environment for the team. We are a work place that encourages healthy discussion and open communication. When you are creating a product to exceed customer specifications, constructive feedback is a normal part of the process. We are sorry to hear your interpretation of this was not that there was healthy discussion to find a solution. In addition, we work hard to provide a competitive total rewards package to our team which includes 5 different medical plan options- that many options certainly is offering much more than the bare minimum and allows each team member to pick the plan best for them.

Pros

very few if any. Salary 'maybe' paid the bills if you didn't have many

Cons

many - too many to list

Pros

Getting a paycheck (there are not 20 words that I can put for the pros needed for the minimum required for this portion of it)

Cons

Tense, moody environment. Unhappy employees, fear of getting in trouble for talking too much to others, if you don't please the person with influence with the owners, you're done
