Pros

None. Honest opinion, I would look for another job even if you really needed one. Can not recommend working here.

Cons

Working in the shop or production area is not recommended. Horrible staff turn over. Very little training given. Pay not equal to work expected to preform. Bad working conditions. Lack of trained management. No incentives. No room for advancement. Would recommend staying away from this employer.

Family owned, Pretty easy work for a printing company.

Cons

During the busy season August through January you work 10 hour days. Mandatory overtime on the weekends (8 hours), and you work 12 days in a row.
