Pros

Great benefits and a very inclusive and accepting environment. The ownership is engaged and senior management always looking for ways to improve. The tenure of the staff is quite high, many employees have been with the company for 10+ years.

Cons

Peak seasons can be stressful, but it provides periodic job security reminders.

Nothing good to say. Mostly everyone there is miserable. Very strict environment and below avg wages.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. Benefits are terrible. Management does not care. People are very expendable

Positive culture, creative freedom, owners involved in meetings, Christmas bonuses, fair benefits, casual environment, upbeat attitudes from owners

Cons

Pay is less than competitive, but the friendly, positive environment makes up for it. Goals are strict because of the nature of the business. It can be stressful.
