Pros

No pros since I’ve been here.

Cons

First con is management , we received news that we have new management and everything turned for the worse. The guy makes us take off our hoodies, yells at us, and so unprofessional. Second con is Pay , you expect us to work including Saturday’s due to production issues but paying us low wages. What we going to do with this little part-time check? Your benefits are too expensive to purchase and no changes are being made . Third Con is training we have told all senior leadership the problem is the training it’s so disorganized and dysfunctional. First week being hired it was a mess , they show you two different ways and throw you to the wolves . By next week , they tell you something different than you the blame for it . Last Con Diversity - I’ve never been to a company that barely have anything for their employees, no community service events, no parties , just National Holidays expect for HR to do it only for those days. Please do better, it should be events every week . We don’t feel appreciated and feel unheard.

Pros

If I have to think too long, there isn't an any.

Cons

Be ready to read. Pay, Favoritism, Downgrading. Let's start with pay. Anyone as a supervisor to management receive pay based on favoritism. Supervisors make more than managers. Lots of us talk by it. Raises and Bonuses? Company is cheap. Ask around the amount. Allow equal pay, pay managers more than supervisors! Moving to manager, don't accept anything under $80,000. Other managers are waiting to make that much. 2. Watch who you talk to. Backstabbing is an hourly occurrence. Receive feedback from co worker this past month. Co worker didn't know my conversation with management. 3. You won't be supported. Ask for help, you will more than likely be told no. 4. Want to be a production worker, management will downgraded you. Listened to supervisor state, these people are F-ing lazy. Lastly, made to work faster and harder so higher leadership can have more money and bonuses. Be prepared to hurt your back. Find another company to work for, treatment will be better.
