Pros

Was a pleasure to work here, with a lot of inspired coworkers.

Cons

A little chaotic in terms of communication, and changing priorities, flowing down from upper management; though this is somewhat unexceptional in the industry.

Pros

It can be a lot of fun to interact with the guests, especially kids. Lots of breaks in your day and decent union pay.

Cons

Scheduling and number of hours are very unpredictable until you work your way up the roster, which can take years. Some of the employees who’ve been there a long time are a little disgruntled.

Pros

I honestly don't have any pros because I don't like going to amusement parks but pros could be the free tickets, free entry, and discounts.

Cons

the point system is my main issue. I don't like it I stopped working for a while so it's hard for me to get back into the rhythm of constant work even as a part-time holder. They don't really explain it often and there isn't warnings and it's hard to access the page. I did see the page until I was almost fired. I got my points to reset and now I'm at 4.5 because I called out five times due to personal issues or being sick and because they take points if your even late for like three minutes which is bull. it's a very harsh system and I don't want to get fired but they don't let me up. plus the coworkers kinda suck too. I think this all started cause I was moved positions when I didn't wanna be but what can I do I have no choice in the matter.
