Pros

Great Benefits, Pass to parks+ Busch Gardens, Discounts in multiple places, Some kind coworkers, Any time a guest shows appreciation or is kind it’s really nice!

Cons

Long hours (they tend to not really schedule less than an 8 hour shift if you’re an adult!), Very Draining, Hectic, Some inauthentic coworkers, Sometimes will be scheduled 40+ hours in a PT position, Low pay, Effort put in vs payout (if that makes any sense? you’re paid 15 minutes before your shift but realistically to get in on time you need to be in 30-45 minutes beforehand for wardrobe and the walk/bus ride to your venue), Overall not great for someone with heavy anxiety or neurodivergent individuals.
