Pros

Really enjoyed my coworkers. Everyone was really chill Job wasn't too difficult (pretty much like any other customer service job)

Cons

The way shifts are assigned are based on a pool of hours and priority goes to those who have been there the longest. They get the most hours and preferred schedule. After that, any available hours are first come first serve so you have to be persistent and call if you want to get assigned shifts.
