Pros

The people who work at Universal are kind and funny. The genuine interactions with guests are amazing. Its fun to be able to ride rides on your day off or breaks. The minimum pay is slowly getting better and will increase by February 2025

Cons

Some of the people you work with are psychopaths and guests can be horrible.

Pros

Like the atmosphere, fun job, nice perks of free park entry

Cons

Low pay, co workers can be toxic. Not enough hours to go around. It’s all based on seniority.
