One of the worst companies I have EVER worked for
Pros
They can give you a huge amount of hours that you can work, but since the job is salary you will still get paid the same amount. If you enjoy working with the latest technology from 2007 then you are in luck, this is the job for you.
Cons
They are overly short staffed and pay their staff a lot less than what the average rage is. When my Son was born, I was given 3 days off to "bond" with my son but while I was off, I was expected to answer my phone and help out since I was the only engineer at the campus. They will use you up, spit you out and blame you for the awful way they treated you. We had our 401K contributions removed, we had ESPP removed and our insurance more than doubled but our CEO got a brand new Range Rover so that was a plus. If you get a job with UTI, keep looking for another one, only use UTI as a stepping stone to a better position, even Wal-Mart bag
