Pros

Working with students is awesome and gives purpose to everyday on the job. It's pretty low impact and there is plenty of OT.

Cons

Management focus on filling classes, sometimes over full reducing student experience and the schedule varies alot for instructors so it's hard to balance life sometimes. Training is rushed.
