Pros

The benefits are great. Very pleased with vacation and sick leave. A great organization to gain multi-specialty experience. Most of the physicians are very professional and easy to work with.

Cons

New hires must negotiate the best salary possible as raises are rarely given, if at all. The pay grades do not equate to compensation. Top executives are a very small clique of people who are out of touch with the physicians and employees and are not respected by the staff mostly due to their lack of maturity or qualifications to serve in top management roles. Several great employees have passed through the organization without their talents ever being recognized or utilized.

Pros

Has good benefits especially vacation and sick time. Works with you when you need personal time off.

Cons

Does not offer much advancement opportunities. It's all in who you know. No training program for advancement. Has no regular review process and no raises not even cost of living. Pay is low for clerical staff up to middle management. You should negotiate salary going in because you probably won't receive any increase for years. Allows too much power to management so there is inconsistencies. There is a lack of communication throughout the company.

Great people work here. Unfortunately UT Medical Group now known as University Clinical Health doesn't care about its employees. Incorrect CEO shown above.

Cons

Terrible company culture, inability to advance, benefits keep changing for the worse, upper management heavy, no professional development options, unsatisfactory work life balance
