Pros
Has good benefits especially vacation and sick time. Works with you when you need personal time off.
Cons
Does not offer much advancement opportunities. It's all in who you know. No training program for advancement. Has no regular review process and no raises not even cost of living. Pay is low for clerical staff up to middle management. You should negotiate salary going in because you probably won't receive any increase for years. Allows too much power to management so there is inconsistencies. There is a lack of communication throughout the company.
