Solid benefits, great work culture, they definitely take care of their people.

Cons

Quite a few managers that have become managers based on tenure rather than merit. Sacrifice innovative technology for culture and relationships.

Unfortunately, I feel they do not give opportunity to grow within the company unless they know someone that can help you grow within.
