You are supposed to do what is best for the members but that is compromised when you asked to not place certain members with certain insurance carriers.

First, I'd like to start with stating that I generally have loved all my past jobs. However, this job in particular rubbed me the wrong way for the following reasons: - Management was horrid. My manager brought a second person into my "One on one", then proceeded to talk about another employee's progress. They got in the way of advancement and were selfish in their actions. They talked behind all employees' backs and my own manager went so far as to discuss their very personal life matters with us openly. I never once had a good experience with a manager during my time at UFCU. - The employees became instantly selfish, petty and childish. I wish this could just be an instance of just one employee, but the truth of the matter is that I did not meet a single employee that worked for UFCU (except one) that was not thrown back to high school antics. I believe a large part of this was due to management as the managers themselves were extremely childish and seemed to forget what their actual job was. - Toxic environment. All of the above contributed to one of the most toxic work environments I've ever had the displeasure to work in.
