UFCU offers the bet benefits in the industry with competitive pay. Executive team live by their mission statement and do truly amazing things for the community. work/life balance is a priority and they make it easy to take time off.

Cons

The opportunity for growth isn't as great as they make it seem. Communication with in the company isn't the greatest and sometimes lacking.
